Project management is a critical function of every FNAQ order.  Each process employed is planned and executed within the LEAN production system framework, and each item made, is inspected and recorded before despatch.

Our customers often require project management to be expanded to include definitions outside of FNAQ's immediate manufacturing processes. These may include pre and post-production processes, metal fabrication technical and commercial advice, design development, liaising and instructing other suppliers, design of instructions, packaging and despatch.

Customers are made aware of their project management team at the beginning of each project and are provided with their personnel details. We are happy to give technical advice on any metal manufacturing or fabrication subject and to discuss alternative design or production scenarios, which often helps produce a better solution.
