FNAQ operate four press brakes using the best machines available from Trumpf and Amada with up to 100 tonne force over 3 metres on material up to 12mm thick.

Many sizes of items are produced, from miniature copper parts for switch assemblies measuring just a few millimetres to industrial enclosures in mild steel measuring 3metres high.

CNC forming needs an extremely high level of operator skill and experience to produce repeatably good results. The combination of our pre-production 3D CAD analysis and our highly skilled sheet metal engineers, allows us to eliminate any workpiece or tooling conflicts including cracking, witness marks or unwanted distortion during forming.

We have a wide experience of producing items for many industrial and consumer sectors. Items include brackets, fixings and small assemblies to large specialist fabrications for cabinets and enclosures.
