Although we had a background of nearly 30 years of engineering production within the DCM engineering group, we decided that a radical transformation was required to develop a world class manufacturing facility and to stay competitive. 

So, in 2005, FNAQ was formed and we moved, with a clean sheet of paper, to a new, bare bones, production facility in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire.   New, state of the art equipment was purchased and after a comprehensive training programme involving everyone in the company, the LEAN production system was successfully implemented and the linked continuous improvement programme instigated.

The current directors and management team have worked together for more than 15 years developing products and processes to compete with the world's best. With the introduction of FNAQ's LEAN production processes, we believe we can offer an unbeatable combination of the highest quality at the lowest cost with a consistently high level of service.

Not only that, the knowledge that the company has built up over 30 years enables us to provide our customers with a deep insight into possible outcomes in production or whole of life scenarios.

Our Least Cost Routing system enables us to achieve significant environmental and cost savings by proving production processes and material use, prior to production. These savings are passed to our customers with competitive prices and improved service.

CAD and management systems are networked with our production machines, allowing all jobs to be integrated across our full spectrum of production processes, saving estimating, planning, production and administration time. 

Records are available for all production items with full audit paths back to raw material suppliers.

FNAQ's sister organisations of Precision Point and Drop-On were established in 1990 and 1995 respectively and share part of the FNAQ production facilities.
